We offer the option to return your item for a full refund within 14 days, however please note that any delivery costs incurred including return delivery will not be refunded, also consider the item will need to be sent back with the original courier in the original packaging and inspected for any damage before a refund can be issued.

In the unlikely event that an item is delivered damaged, make sure to contact me within 24 hours. Where possible please inspect your item whilst the courier is there to check for any issues. Depending on the scale of damage, I will work with you to come to an agreement on repair or return.

Items are wrapped in a variety of packaging such as bubble wrap or cardboard, sometimes recycled where possible; then covered in heavy duty blankets by an experienced courier before being strapped into the van securely. 


Commission work is non-refundable.
